Let me share some of the highlights about this fine community, Meadowcrest, which is near & dear to my heart!

Located just off Hwy 44 in Crystal River, FL, it is one of the most sought after, still affordable, Deed Restricted Communities in Citrus County.

Making visionary use of the lay of the land, the native majestic oaks were honored in the master design of the development & became the signature of Meadowcrest. Perfectly positioned in a central location of the county, this Master Planned community was conceived of by developer, Stan Olson, and Gulf to Lake Properties, back in the 1980's. A plethora of stores & restaurants are nearby & only 7 minutes away from lunch on King's Bay, 20 min. to Inverness!
