I love my husband, my family, my friends, my country & the Lord! Some of my favorite blessings call me Nana, but you can call me Debbie. I'm convinced that our sole/"soul" purpose on this earth is to be "in relationship with people". I've always felt that Real Estate was my little piece of this commitment in the puzzle of life. One of my dearest blessings, my eldest son, Ben, joined me in my real estate business in the Spring of 2025.  He took a leap of faith to join me and left behind a 20 yr. career in the Credit Union and lending world.  He is a natural because he is authentic and sincere and is so good with people. I believe that he has fallen in love with this vocation and the county, as I did, and I couldn't be more proud & grateful that he took that step in faith.

 

     We've both had a lifetime devotion to studying, training & delivering Exceptional Customer Service in our past careers! I love photography, graphic design, home staging & decorating. Understanding personalities & working with people feeds my spirit. All of those loves led me in 2008 to a career in REAL ESTATE that I think I'd danced around for a long time. Ben has had a crash course in all of these facets of the job, and he is fully on board with what we bring to our customers.  

We're kind of old fashioned in that we still believe in the Golden Rule & commit daily to that, in our business. 

 

     Having lived all over the U.S. as a wife and a son of a career Navy Master Chief, we learned some of the secrets of life:

Find JOY wherever you are! Don't be afraid to seek adventure, learn new places & things and make new friends! Treat people as you'd like to be treated. Make sure the people that you love KNOW IT every day of their life! Trust in God in EVERYTHING because no matter what we sometimes think---He's "GOT THIS"!

   We tell folks every day that in our opinion, there is NO perfect place, this side of heaven, but Citrus Co. is pretty darn close! The Nature Coast of Florida, aptly named, is not your "typical Florida". Although we have some palm trees & we do have Ft. Island Trail Beach, it's old Florida in many ways. Many acres have been set aside in Preserve Land, and we like that! Seven Rivers meander their way through the county (many making their way to the Gulf), each offering their own "natural experience". Many of the rivers are spring fed, which is one of the reasons that the Manatee love to come back to Citrus County! With the extension of the 589 Suncoast Parkway, our county is growing pretty quickly. What used to be "adequate shopping & restaurants" is now becoming an abundance of them. The county is a favorite for motorcyclists because of the miles of meandering "less traveled" roads that we have here; don't get Ben started about his "Bikes"--actually, he'd LOVE to share a few routes with you! If you find yourself needing more entertainment & bustle, however, we're close enough to the metropolitan areas of Tampa & Orlando that you can go & "Play for the day", but I promise you that you will relish the thought that you will be able to come back HOME to the serenity of Citrus County!
